Training Qualifications

Our training qualifications are designed to both educate and inspire. We examine the purpose and philosophy behind effective training, and provide hands-on support and feedback across a diverse range of teaching tools and methods. Delivered by fully qualified and highly experienced teachers, our courses have been adopted by multiple government bodies to enhance the quality and impact of national training programs.

Master trainer

Our Master Trainer course is a 5-day program for trainers with existing experience, to enhance their knowledge and skills in planning, delivering and evaluating successful training courses. It provides in-depth coverage of presentation skills, training tools and methods, good training practice, learning outcomes, planning, evaluation, and the psychology of training. When provided as part of dedicated government programs (e.g. SFSP), this course also provides a revision of relevant subject areas, learning outcomes and program requirements.

train-the-trainer

Our train-the-trainer course is a 2-day program for trainers to enhance their knowledge and skills in training delivery. It provides an introduction to presentation skills, training methods and management, evaluation and the psychology of training.When provided as part of dedicated government programs (e.g. the PIC program), this course also provides a revision of relevant subject areas, learning outcomes and program requirements.
